Thank you so much for sharing lots of fantastic ‘find your brave’ stories. They were amazing! You gave so many great top tips for keeping brave during this time. One of my favourite tips was all about how a bedtime worry monster can be used. You write to the worry monster and then it takes away your worries – how wonderful is that!
